We had the Fish and Chips, the Shrimp and Chips, and the Shave ICE and we all loved what we had!! If you are looking for fancy, this ain't it. If you are looking for good, fresh, hot, and affordable, this IS it. We will probably go back again before we leave Kauai. I was not disappointed! I had the fish and chips. The super crunchy (panko bread crumbs?) coating on the fish was excellent and the fish perfectly cooked. Great fries and very mild coleslaw - perfection. I'm from Mississippi, where we know how to cook catfish. This fish and chips was WONDERFUL! I can't wait to go back to the Fish Hut on my next trip to paradise...
